Crm Message Archive

1. Go to the back-office and click on the option Customer Relationship Mgmt - Enquiry and then click on the option Message Archive.




2. This Application is used to displays the Message search and details of Msg To,Msg Id, Crm Id and Subject.

3. The following image shows Message Details.

4. Click on Serach button.







5. If you selected the write the Crm Id then search.




6. View the Message Archive Report.
